Please Note:

All Rates based on double occupancy and include complimentary breakfast.
Rooms are available with beach-ocean or valley-ocean views, one “Queen” size or two “double” beds, or a Junior Suite with one King Bed (Partial Ocean View). Make sure you specify your room and view preferences.
Maximum Occupancy: 4 persons per room.
Extra person charge: $15.00 US per night.
Breakfast: All room rates include breakfast. (Some inclusive and discount Pkgs. excluded).
Please Note: This property is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.

Discounts and Bonus Packages

National Tourist Discount:

If you have a “Costa Rican Cedula” you are be eligible for up to a 50% discount on rooms. Contact us or make an online reservation for this discount pkg. offer.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

Green Season: (April, 16 – December, 19)
No show or cancellations within 48 hours of the check in date – 100% penalty.
48 hours to 8 days prior to check in – 50% penalty.
8 + day notice prior to check in date – No penalty charges.
All reservations must be prepaid in full, 8 days before arrival by our signed credit card authorization form for confirmation.

High Season: (January 03, to April 15)
All reservations must be prepaid in full 15 days before check in date by signed credit card authorization form.
No show or cancellations within 7 days prior to the check in – 100% penalty.
Cancellations 15 – 8 days prior to check in – 50% penalty.
Cancellations with 16+ day notice prior to check in – No penalty charge.

Peak Season:
“Peak Season” reservations must be prepaid in full 60 days before arrival by our signed credit card authorization form.
No show or cancellations within 29 days prior to check in: 100% penalty.
60-30 day notice prior to check in: 50% penalty.
61+ day notice prior to check in: No charge.
