Green Season:
(April, 16 - December, 19)
- No show or cancellations within 24 hours of the check in date - 100% penalty on the first night.
- 2-7 days - 50% penalty on the first night.
- Cancellations with 8+ days notice prior to check in date - no charge.
High Season:
(January 06, to April 15)
- No show or cancellations within 24 hours to the checkin: 100% penalty of the entire reservation.
- 2-15 days - 50% penalty of the entire reservation.
- Cancellation with 16 days notice prior to arrival, no charge.
Peak Season:
(December 19, 2009 to January 04, 2010)
Reservations must be prepaid in full 60 days before arrival by signed credit card authorization form.
5 nights minimum stay from December 24th to January 5th.
Valued customers:
Due to safety concerns regarding the location and layout of the hotel we cannot accept room reservations with children under 8 years of age or restaurant reservations after 6:30 p.m.
